I never imagined that my healing journey would lead me here—to a farm filled with llamas, goats, and a deep sense of peace. But before I found this life, I walked through grief, loss, and a search for belonging.

A Childhood Marked by Loss

At just five years old, I lost my mother. The kind of pain that leaves a void no child can understand. By my teenage years, that grief turned into isolation and suicidal thoughts.

I longed for a fresh start, and I thought moving from India to North America would help. But instead, I felt more lost. I faced relationship struggles, the heartbreak of losing a baby, and the weight of trying to find my place in the world.

Healing Through Therapy, Animals & Nature

True healing didn’t come from silence. It came from therapy, movement, animals, and a community that saw me.

I found that healing wasn’t just about talking—it was about experiencing. Walking through pastures, feeling the energy of animals, and reconnecting with myself. Llamas and goats don’t judge. They don’t ask you to explain your pain. They just sit with you, offering presence and peace.

That’s why I created Dancing Goat Therapy Farm—a place where healing happens through psychotherapy, animal-assisted therapy, and immersive wellness experiences.
