Who teaches the lesson?
Sarah King is a long-distance equestrian coach with over 40 years of experience. Show jumping has been her passion from an early age. Originally from England, she developed her skills at the Pony Club and worked as a weekend groom at show jumping stables in her early teens. Sarah has lived and competed in Alberta and British Columbia for the past 16 years. Having trained with many experienced riders and trainers, Sarah regularly competed at the Rocky Mountain and Spruce Meadows Show Jumping Championships (2004-2008), where she regularly placed on her amazing little mare Highfalutin’ Miss. Rocky Mountain Show Jumping Missy. Sarah has since won privately and won horses at Country Haven Stables in Alberta. After a break from regular competition in 2009 due to commitments at other equestrian centers, Pickett Hill gives her the opportunity to continue her love of horses and the joys they bring to so many. She hopes to compete regularly and help her students gain riding skills that will help them achieve their dream of becoming cyclists.
Also include a gift certificate for a riding lesson for your loved ones.
